Welcome to Piedmont Vista
Piedmont Vista is a full-service ENT practice that opened in 2008 by Dr. Paul Warrick to serve the needs of patients in Caldwell and surrounding counties. The goal of Dr. Warrick and his staff is to meet your needs and answer your questions in a timely manner.
Why Choose Us
At Piedmont Vista, safe care is our primary concern. For this reason, at the patient's office visit an identification photograph will be taken for Piedmont Vista's electronic medical records. Other photographs may be obtained to document medical conditions the physician and/or insurance company feels is important; these may be taken before, during or after a procedure.
At Piedmont Vista, we will make every effort to value your time and anticipate the time of your stay during each visit with us. Diagnostic investigations at Dr. Warrick¹s office could include hearing, balance, and allergy testing, endoscopy, and/or CT scan; occasionally, procedures may also occur at the time of initial visit.
Piedmont Vista has a computer-based medical records system that enables us to offer home registration to our patients. If you don¹t choose to use our computerized registration, you will be sent a packet of information about our office and forms to complete and bring with you to your visit. This can save you substantial waiting time in our office, and allow you to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We will make every effort to keep our schedule on time.
We participate with most insurance plans and will endeavor to help you with estimating the costs of your care at Piedmont Vista, wherever possible, prior to that care being provided.
