Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours. For referring physician's please fax the Piedmont Vista Request for Consultation form to (828) 728-2215.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 9-1-1 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Prescription Refill Policy
Prescription refills will be handled through your pharmacy only. We require 3 days advance notice from your pharmacy to complete the prescription refill. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
Financial
All office visits require payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit and/or debit cards. Please contact our billing office at (828) 728-2188 extension 203 should you have any financial questions or concerns.
