We are located at 1733 Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645.
If you are coming from Lenoir/Wilkesboro:
Take 321 south from 18/64 junction (“Smith Crossroads”), following the bend to the right onto Mclean Drive (just prior to Lowe’s Foods), following this to Norwood St/321ALT. Turn left at the light and then take an immediate right onto Connelly Springs Road (just past the Freds’ dollar store). Follow this curving road about 3.5 miles to the third light at the intersection with Orchard Drive (where a car wash and gas station are also located). Turn left at this light into the driveway for the Southfork Medical Park and stay right, following the driveway to the end to Piedmont Vista.
If you are coming from Morganton/Valdese:
Take I40 east to exit 113 and take Malcolm Boulevard north through Rutherford College and across Lake Rhodhiss, where it becomes Connelly Springs Road in Caldwell County. Follow this curving road north 8 miles to the intersection with Orchard Drive (where a car wash and gas station are also located). Turn right at this light into the driveway for the Southfork Medical Park and stay right, following the driveway to the end to Piedmont Vista.
